RECycler®

JHL Recycler®

With a RECycler® you have a flexible high-tech tool, especially developed for carrying out heavy jetting jobs in which the fully automatic cleaning process ensures continuous recycling of the jetting water. In addition to its primary function as a recycling unit, the RECycler® may also work as a regular sewer cleaning tanker for large and small jobs.

Efficient cleaning of sewer pipes requires significant amounts of water. For the regular sewer cleaning vehicle, a high level of water consumption entails much driving back and forth to the work site in connection with water filling. A RECycler® reuses the jetting water and requires as a rule only one water filling a day. You thus achieve significant water savings and considerably less strain on the environment.

The RECycler® is basically developed according to the same concept as our FlexLine®, and it can thus be tailor-made to each customer’s requirements using the wide range of additional equipment that can be chosen depending on application and technical requirements.

The RECycler® is built on a 3- or 4-axle chassis and has a tank capacity of 11-14 m³.

The unit is equipped with a movable partition dividing the tank into two compartments of variable size. The partition can be locked in 4 fixed positions and is moved pneumatically via vacuum/pressure from the compressor.

5-Step Cleaning Process Ensures Continuous Recycling of Jetting Water.
