MaskoFlex®
Transport and disposal of sludge is an environmental challenge and often represents considerable costs. The MaskoFlex® concept is thus developed to reduce the amount of waste and thereby reduce the strain on the environment and costs connected to transport and disposal.
The MaskoFlex® dewaters the sludge on the reception site and returns the water to the source. So you achieve a high level of solids in the sludge that is to be transported, considerable water savings and optimum conditions for the environment at the reception site.
The unit is as a main rule built on a 3-axle chassis with a tank capacity of 12 m³. The tank is divided into three compartments: a water compartment, a raw sludge compartment and a compartment for dewatered sludge. The tank is equipped with a movable partition that can be locked in 3-4 fixed positions, and it is moved pneumatically via vacuum/pressure from the compressor.
