FlexVac®
The FlexVac® is a low noise vacuum loader with high capacity. The capacity of a vacuum loader is closely connected to the unit’s payload because the transport of the accumulated material represents time, costs and not least strain on the environment.
The FlexVac® vacuum loader has a 50% higher payload and uses thus up to 30% less fuel than traditional vacuum loaders.
Furthermore, the FlexVac® concept emphasises the operator’s working environment, and the unit lives up to user-friendliness and reliability in every respect as known from our other products.
The FlexVac® vacuum loader is built on a 3-axle chassis and has a tank capacity of 11 m³. The unit is furthermore designed and optimised to operate with hose dimensions up to 6″.
Optimum balance between capacity and power consumption
The pump produces 60% vacuum and an adjustable air flow up to 6100 m3/hour unloaded, which is sufficient to carry material passing through a 6” hose.
With FlexVac®, the operator will notice an ergonomic improvement when using a 6” hose, which means less physical strain. In addition, the sound level is reduced compared to traditional vacuum loaders.
